All pictures used from FridayBest must be credited.

FridayBest respect all privacy of our customers and we only track statistic for business purposes.

Private information of customer will not be disclosed unless required by law.

All e-mail addresses in our mailing list is strictly keep confidential.

Exchange Policies

Should you receive a defect, please contact us with pictures attached and we will confirm the exchange details.

There may be a 0.5"-1.0" differences in our measuements. In such case, the variance is not considered as a defect.

All exchanges must be done within 7 days after delivery of parcels. Product should be in brand new condition(not worn or washed).

We will only refund cash if the exact same piece pending for exchange is Out of Stock.

FridayBest will not exchange due to unsuitabilty.

The returned parcel is of buyer's responsibilty until it reaches FridayBest. Once received, we will send you an e-mail to confirm reciept. We will then proceed to send the new parcel to you.
