How to Order

Step 1 : Contact Info

Create a FridayBest account and log in upon returning

 

Step 2 : Shopping Cart

Select the colour, size and the quantity of the products and click "Add to Cart".

You can continue shopping by selecting other products. Else, you can proceed to check out.

 

Step 3 : Order Confirmation

Review the list of products your have selected and click "Confirm" to submit your order.

Please note that reservation of goods comes only after confirmation of orders.

 

Step 4 : Finishing Shopping

An electronic reciept generated will be sent to your email with an order number attached.

You may use the respective order number to confirm payment and check your order status.

In addition, a payment advice will be sent to you as well.

 

Should you not receive the payment advice, please log on into your account to verify order.

To check your order status, please click on  "Order Summary".

 

Product(s) will be reserved for 24 hours from time of payment advice is sent. If payment is not made within 24 hours, product(s) will be released to next pending customer without prior notice.

FridayBest regret to state that she will strictly follow chronological order of pending list and released the product(s) accordingly.

 

For pending articles, you can either add your email address to the pending list and we will contact you should any deals fall.

In any case extra charges are involved, all cost will be borne by customer.

 

Submission of Payment

Submit your payment by logging into your account via your e-mail address and password and click on "Order Summary" to find your order.

Enter all mandatory details and click "Submit".

Payment verification will take 1 - 3 working days. Once payment verified, order status will be updated in your "Order Summary".

An confirmation email will be sent when package is on the route.

 

Modifyor Cancellation of Order

FridayBest are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it is placed.

Please be 100% sure that you are confirming your purchases, so as to be fair to other customers.

Once payment received, we cannot make any cancellation to your order as it is being processed.

 

Delivery Information

Postage Charges

All prices stated are inclusive of normal postage.

For registered postage, a top-up amount of SGD$2.50 is required.

 

Normal mail will usually arrived within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from shipped date. Please note that ocassional delays are beyond control and we seek your understanding sincerely.

FridayBest will not be responsible for any lost parcel. It is out of goodwill that FridayBest check with the mail provider with regards of missing parcels. For Singpost, you can enquire about your parcel by calling them at 1605(local) or +65 6841 2000(overseas).

 

For registered postage, once your order is processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you via your e-mail address.

A tracking number or registered article number (RA#) allows your to check your status of the parcel with the mail service provider.

 

FridayBest advise customers to use registered postage to ensure parcel will arrive safely at your doorstep.
